Roblox will show you rarity. This page ranks effort and knowledge, which is not the same. Warmonger looks legendary in the inventory because most players spare someone. It is still two clicks after you know the walkthrough. ??? looks quieter and eats a whole extra file. Use all badges for steps. Use endings ranked for art. Use this page when you plan a 100% night.
S — knowledge checks
??? — Five published hiding spots plus two moral constraints. Easy to miss the basement-door flag and blame RNG. Guide: secret ending.
Silence is a Valid Option — You must remember to pick "..." from the first Billy line through Kevin’s speech. Skip-clicks added in later patches can trick you. No new rooms, high discipline.
Speedrunner — Sub 8:30 on allowed boards. Inadvertent Hero and Perished do not count. Fragments probably blow the timer. This is execution, not lore.
A — extra prologue files
Future Firefighter — New in 2024, QTE that differs by Sam’s presentation, easy to fail on male Sam laptops. Once you can hit the keys, it is short. Guide: Future Firefighter. Controls: controls.
Rescued — Help-flag trap. Players who egged the house will Perish instead and think the badge is bugged.
B — basement forks you already learned
Pacifist / Team Billy / Team Kevin / Warmonger — Same nights, different knife and rope choices. After one talking file, the rest are replays. Warmonger’s rarity is social, not mechanical.
Perished — Stand in the fire on a help-yes file. Grim, fast.
Inadvertent Hero — Rock Billy. Fastest unique story badge. Excluded from Speedrunner, which is a gift: do not time it, just collect it.

Suggested 100% order versus this tier
Collector order on the badge guide is about save hygiene (do not mix firefighter with fragments). This tier is about what will actually stall you. Silence stalls people who talk. ??? stalls people who skip Night 1 fridge. Speedrunner stalls people who loot. Firefighter stalls people on the wrong input device. Warmonger stalls nobody who is willing to be cruel for ten seconds.

Tick the hard three first if you are tired: ???, Silence, Speedrunner. Leave Welcome for the accidental join. Use the ending path tool so you do not run Firefighter twice by mistake.

If you only have one evening, do not start with Warmonger for the rarity flex. Start with ??? while you still have patience for crows, then Silence on a route you could play with the sound off, then Speedrunner when skip-clicks are muscle memory. That order is slower on paper and faster in real life because you are not learning the Fun Dungeon while also racing a clock.

Few players choose it. The input is trivial. We rank effort. Rarity is still visible on Roblox's badge page.
Should I do Silence on the ??? file?
You can, but learning fragments while muting every line is how you miss the box. Split the files. See all badges.
